Juan Carlos Norero Borguenson was bor in Punta Arenas located in Chile.His training is in fine art and he is a graduate of the University of Nohant. Norero is a man of tremendous integrity. He is what he feels and is considered to be one of the great intellectual minds working in the field of abstract art today. Norero said: I am from the indecipherable enigmas of tempests.
